Every Unique Decor piece is made and finished to order.

No returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect customer-provided measurements, selected finish, custom text, or design choices.

Exchanges for an issue on our side

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order because of an issue from our side, we will assess it for an exchange.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, and the original packaging. Do not install, alter, or dispose of the product before we confirm the exchange.

Colour notice

Actual product colours can vary slightly from photos because of lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted finish. This is not considered a defect.
